Provides support to one or more Program Managers, helping to ensure program is executed successfully. Under the leadership of Program Manager, will perform a wide range of tasks to help drive overall implementation of program goals and objectives. Qualifications and experience: 1. 3 years+ in a customer or service focused administrative environment 2. Degree level qualification, high level of English Language and Mathematics 3. Tech savvy including sound knowledge in Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, Access and Power Point Work-based competencies: 1. Previous experience of program co-ordination/administration in an IT environment 2. Experience of handling inbound and outbound communications by email, telephone and virtual 3. Experience of administrative projects 4. Experience of following problems through to their resolution Behavioural competencies: 1. Relate well to others and use interpersonal skills to achieve desired objectives 2. Work in a fast-paced environment and organise a changing workload 3. Ability to multi-task 4. Work on own initiative within the guidelines given by management 5. Communicate well, orally and written 6. Approach work with enthusiasm and commitment Desirable: 1. Additional language skills Responsibilities 1. Process software license requests for partners on daily basis 2. Provide superior support and service to all partners on wide-ranging day-to-day matters 3. Update public facing Autodesk App Store fronts 4. Assist with new partner application processes in assigned territory including but not limited to a. checking for partner compliance via OWS screening b. account creation c. invoice creation and payment 5. Assist with annual renewal processes and collection of subscriptions 6. Administer database of existing ADN partners and maintain high data quality 7. Maintain and revise as necessary procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of the program 8. Manage special projects relating to the program 9. Liaise with internal teams where required, e.g. Client Services, Finance, Legal, Compliance 10. Analyse the member database for mailing lists and other information as required Frequently the first point of contact between the ADN partner and Autodesk and therefore requires a highly efficient and personable approach with great attention to detail.
