We are disrupting the supply chain planning industry with our AI-driven demand planning and inventory replenishment software. The total addressable market (TAM) for supply chain management (SCM) software is substantial and growing rapidly. In 2023, the global SCM software market was valued at approximately $28.9 billion and is projected to reach $45.We specifically target the rapidly growing segment of the supply chain management (SCM) industry: small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This focus has become even more pertinent in light of the supply chain disruptions caused by COVID-19. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying the next-generation platform tightly integrated with Amazon AWS services such as EMR, Athena, Glue, and Spark. You will develop an ultra-real-time, AI-driven demand planning engine to help our client serve industries that manage perishable items, including food manufacturing, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmaceuticals, and more.

• As a Demand Planning Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Demand and Forecasting product engine. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with development, implementation, training, sales, and support teams to ensure product success.
• Agile Methodology: Work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 5+ yrs of experience and 3+yrs of Product Management and/or Supply Chain Software Implementation experience
Analytical – ability to make data-driven recommendations, and understand analysis to answer business questions and challenges. Understand QA process and effective testing of enterprise software.
• Is flexible and receptive to change – seeks and adopts improved approaches and processes.
• Meets commitments and strives for high performance.
• Understands UI/UX design and database structures, can run SQL queries. Have worked extensively with mockup tools such as Moqups, Figma, Balsamiq etc.
• Takes responsibility for own learning - knows personal strengths and recognizes development needs. Excellent communication, Flexible attitude and should be able to technically lead the product team which being fully hands-on.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Mandatory to have- Experience building or leveraging forecasting models and/or utilization of data platforms for forecasting applications.
• Experience in understanding the science behind Demand Forecasting
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
• Working knowledge of product development architecture
• Working knowledge of data model and using SQL
• Project planning and management
• Experience with Atlassian suite of products a plus
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning or Inventory Management for Distributors, Retailers and/or Manufacturers – past management of Demand Planning, Replenishment, S&OP and/or Supply Planning a plus
