Social media intern

We’re looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about social media, has a flair for writing, and is excited to dive into the world of digital marketing. You’ll gain hands-on experience in both community management and content creation while learning from experienced professionals. This is an in-office internship based in Mumbai (Bandra), with opportunities to collaborate remotely when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Assist in executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
Support daily community management and engagement activities.
Draft responses to comments and messages under supervision.
Learn to track and analyze social media metrics and performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform features.
Help implement Instagram strategies for various client brands.
Content Creation:
Contribute to creating engaging social media posts (text, image, and video).
Learn to adapt writing style for different platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, etc.).
Collaborate with the team in brainstorming creative content ideas.
Help maintain content calendars and assist with post scheduling.
Learn about brand voice and how to ensure consistency across platforms.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience in digital marketing.
Basic understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, video editing software).
Strong interest in social media trends and digital marketing.
Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights).
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Creative, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in digital marketing.
Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information:
This is a paid internship with a duration of 3 months, offering flexible working hours.
