Lead Generation and Prospecting-Identify and generate new business leads through various channels including networking, email campaigns, cold calling, through events and social media. *Consisting of Market Research and Competitors analysis. *Building and maintaining strong pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent sales activity. *Sales presentation and demos to potential clients showcasing companies’ development offerings. *Regular touch-base with client and address concerns throughout sales process. *Sales negotiation and closing – Negotiate price, terms and contracts to close deals and convert prospects into long-term client. Graduate/Post Graduate MBA with more than 5 years of relevant experience. Lead the team of Executive RM’s. . Preferable - knowledge of ETS / Spot rentals/Ad hoc/Disposal · Sales Reporting and documentation- Maintain teams progress sheet and take daily hurdles. · Communicate market insights to the team to assist in development of sales strategy. · Prepare and submit Weekly/Monthly report towards targets and forecast to senior management. · Stay informed about industry trends, competitors’ offerings and emerging technologies to identify new sales strategies. · Maintain CRM system to track leads, prospect and sales activities. · Collaborate with Marketing and Operations. · Nature of the Job : Immediate/Urgent Opportunities for professional development and growth. ·
