Job Title: Senior SEO Executive (Team Leader)Location: Ghatkopar, MumbaiEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 3–6 years (including team & client handling experience)About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Senior SEO Executive (Team Leader) who can manage end-to-end SEO projects with strong expertise in organic lead generation, AI-driven SEO, and GEO/Local SEO execution. The candidate will be responsible for planning, research, strategy, implementation, team leadership, and driving client business growth through improved search visibility and qualified organic leads.Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning- Develop complete SEO strategies focused on rankings, GEO targeting, multi-location SEO, and organic lead generation.- Use AI-driven tools for keyword research, competitor analysis, SERP behaviour, and content planning.- Build SEO roadmaps aligned with performance KPIs and client objectives.2. Execution & Implementation- Implement on-page SEO: metadata optimization, content enhancement, internal linking, and UX improvements.- Execute GEO/Location-based SEO strategies, including:- Local keyword targeting- Google Business Profile optimization- Local citations and directory submissions- Location landing pages optimization- Improving local map pack rankings- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes for crawlability, indexing, speed, and structured data.- Use AI tools to streamline content optimization, clustering, NLP improvements, and automated task management.- Lead the off-page SEO strategy with high-quality link-building and authority growth.3. AI-Driven SEO Execution- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Jasper, Frase, etc.) for planning, optimization, and workflow automation.- Leverage AI insights for local search trends, user behavior, and predictive performance improvements.- Automate repetitive tasks like competitor tracking, content briefs, and reporting.4. Monitoring & Reporting- Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and AI dashboards.- Monitor GEO/Local SEO performance—map pack rankings, location-based visibility, and local keyword positions.- Produce detailed weekly/monthly reports showing organic traffic, keyword growth, local visibility, lead generation, and revenue impact.5. Leadership & Team Management- Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives, interns, and content support members.- Allocate tasks, review outputs, and ensure timely project delivery.- Train the team on SEO best practices, AI tools, GEO/local SEO tactics, and algorithm updates.6. Client Impact Showcase & Case Study Preparation- Create and maintain detailed case studies to showcase the impact of SEO efforts on client business growth.- Highlight successes in organic rankings, lead generation, and local visibility improvements, with measurable data.- Present case studies to clients during review meetings to demonstrate ROI and establish credibility.- Collaborate with the client success and sales teams to incorporate client feedback into case studies and strategic reports.Desired Skills & Competencies- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.- Strong expertise in traditional SEO + AI-powered SEO + GEO/Local SEO.- Ability to manage multi-location SEO projects and optimize for local search.- Knowledge of AI tools for automation, research, and performance improvement.- Proven track record of driving organic leads and contributing to revenue growth.- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Qualifications- 3–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, including team leadership.- Experience managing local SEO, GEO-targeted campaigns, and AI-based SEO workflows.- Demonstrated ability to grow organic traffic, visibility, and leads.- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields (preferred).
