Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Procure to Pay, Service Delivery Leader

In this role, the incumbent will have direct reporting to a large portfolio leader, the incumbent should be a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and can provide direct leadership to operating teams, enabling them to deliver compelling financial outcomes while maximizing productivity.

Responsibilities

• Managing entire operations of Procure to Pay for different regions like ANZ, Europe, UK&I and North America.

• Lead a team of 200 FTEs with different time zone

• Hiring and staffing large teams to ensure operations stability

• Lead/groom supervisors to ensure all the process activities are completed and SLAs met

• Get Involved in customer engagement activities will be one point of contact for Process owners / Sourcing Leaders / Controllers / Finance Managers

• Oversee contractual changes / amendments

• Collaborate with transitions team in case of FTE ramp up / scope additions

• Drive quality initiatives to bring continuous improvements

• Oversee turnover, training for staff, and involving in their development planning

• Drive Compliance and putting system/process controls

• Closely working with Service delivery leader and sales to manage
