Position: Java Technical ArchitectLocation: Hyderabad – Day one onsiteTerms: Contract to Hire (After 4 Months fulltime with Direct Client)We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, AWS Cloud Services, and React, along with strong architectural and leadership capabilities.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end application architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business goals.- Design and implement complex systems using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-native principles.- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to development teams throughout the SDLC.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, integration strategies, and technical roadmaps.- Architect and optimize cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.- Oversee front-end architecture and integration using React, ensuring seamless and responsive user experiences.- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance system performance and development efficiency.- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions to improve system reliability.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java/J2EE technologies.- Strong expertise in Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Cloud.- Proven experience in designing microservices architecture and distributed systems.- Solid understanding and implementation experience with AWS Cloud Services.- Proficiency in React and modern JavaScript frameworks for front-end development.- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, design patterns, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.- Ability to mentor teams and drive complex technical initiatives.Preferred Qualifications:- AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or DevOps Engineer).- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or other cloud-native technologies.- Exposure to Agile methodologies and enterprise-level project environments.
