This Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Penetration Tester to join our dynamic and growing global cybersecurity team. You will be working with an experienced executive leadership team with a strong track record of success in the industry and will serve as a leader for our India operations. This role involves proactive identification and mitigation of vulnerabilities through offensive engagements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in penetration testing, within both simple and complex environments, and a strong understanding of offensive security techniques.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough penetration testing on applications, networks, mobile systems, and infrastructure.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analysis, providing detailed reports that outline findings, severity, and remediation recommendations.
Lead and participate in advanced Post Breach / Red Team exercises.
Build, modify and customize tools/scripts for specific penetration testing scenarios.
Manage vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT) projects.
Document processes for consistent and scalable response operations.
Conduct wireless, network, and web application penetration testing.
Communicate clearly and concisely with relevant teams and clients.
Adapt to changing environments and technologies.
Support tactical and strategic business objectives through assigned projects.
Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and sharing knowledge of best practices and cutting-edge techniques.
Stay up to date on the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies.
Foster a working environment conducive to two-way communication, teamwork, and learning.
Qualifications:
Passion for Information Security (like creating Git Hub projects, writing blogs, giving presentations, or participating in security challenges like SANS Holiday Hack, Hacker One CTF, Hack The Box).
Skilled in at least two scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Java Script, Power Shell).
Knowledgeable about tools such as Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burp Suite, and familiar with OWASP Top 10.
Strong understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting.
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and working in Security Operations Centers (SOC) or incident response (preferred).
Degree in IT or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in information security.
Willing to be on-call, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to think like an attacker and link multiple exploits together.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, able to explain complex security issues to non-technical people.

Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE)
Certified Red Team Operator (CRTO)
Certified Red Team Practitioner (CRTP)
GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN)
PNPT TCM Security
Burp Suite Certified Practitioner
Add-on Skills:
Phishing Testing Experience
Physical Social Engineering Experience (onsite)
Have CVE’s formally registered
Successful Bug Bounty achievements
