Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated Associate Counselors to join our team. The focus cohort includes Cambridge English and Mental Math programs. Candidates with strong English fluency and relevant counseling backgrounds will be prioritized. Additionally, we are hiring counselors with a good mix of Hindi and English proficiency to support our India growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide students and parents in choosing appropriate educational programs aligned with their needs and goals.
Provide detailed information on Cambridge English and Mental Math programs for the focus cohort.
Counsel and onboard students for regular academic programs in Hindi and English.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback.
Support students’ academic journey by addressing queries and offering timely resolutions.
Collaborate with the sales and academic teams to achieve enrollment targets.
Stay updated on program details, admission criteria, and academic offerings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Psychology background preferred).
Exceptional English communication skills for Cambridge and Mental Math cohort counselors.
Fluency in Hindi and English for regular India growth counselors.
Prior experience in student counseling or education-related roles.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Immediate joiners preferred.
