The Assistant Manager -Travel and Ticketing will be responsible for managing travel for senior management, and handle overall admin of the Office. Flexibility, time management, eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for this role.EXPERIENCE – 10 TO 12 YRS in Travel bookings, Ticketing, Processing Visas, Office AdminSALARY SCALE – Rs.50000 to Rs.65000/- CTC per monthIndustry – AnyCommunication skills – ExcellentJOB DESCRIPTION:1. Application and processing visas of various countries for senior managers of the company2. Booking domestic and international air tickets and hotels for MD and company staff time to time3. Upkeep, cleanliness and resolving all maintenance issues/repairs of Corporate office4. Supervising the housekeeping, pantry and security staff of the Corporate Office5. Ordering and maintaining stock and inventory of Pantry items, Cleaning material, and stationary at Office.6. Processing staff travel reimbursement and claim forms on a daily basis, and coordinate with Finance department for the disbursal of those expenses.7. Organising Employee engagement activities at Head office.8. Managing all corporate credit cards of the company and their billing.OTHER BENEFITSGroup Medical coverage5 days a week
