About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Merchandise Manager to oversee and manage all merchandising activities. This role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and brand management skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and business alignment.Key Responsibilities: Vendor Management:Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality standards to maintain brand integrity.Client Interaction:Communicate with clients to manage orders, ensure clarity on collections, and close sales efficiently.Address client queries, feedback, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.Store Liaisoning:Act as the point of contact between the brand and partner stores.Ensure brand presentation, visual merchandising, and stock displays align with brand guidelines.Merchandising & Sourcing:Identify and source the best places for merchandise displays, pop-ups, and events.Research and propose new locations and opportunities for brand placement and expansion.Event Representation:Travel to events, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the brand professionally.Support setup, coordination, and sales during brand events and showcases.Order & Inventory Coordination:Oversee order tracking, stock movement, and timely client deliveries.Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams for seamless execution.
