About the Role We are looking for an ambitious and versatile Conference Producer to join our India team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about research, confident engaging with senior technology leaders, and skilled in writing and content development.
You will be responsible for designing high-quality agendas, acquiring and coordinating speakers, and ensuring the commercial viability of each event. In addition, you will contribute editorial support by conducting interviews, assisting with content creation, and collaborating with the editorial team to align event programming with CIO.Project manage conferences from concept through delivery (agenda, speakers, content, logistics coordination).
Previous experience in conference production (preferred) or editorial/technology journalism.
ability to translate complex topics into compelling content.
Exceptional writing, copyediting, and proofreading skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
comfortable managing multiple projects.
Keen interest in the technology industry and emerging digital trends.
