Job Description: Content Creation & Strategy InternDuration: Internship (3-6 months)We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creation & Strategy Intern to help build compelling content for Little Joys & Be Bodywise - United Arab Emirates. If you have a passion for storytelling, social media trends, and digital marketing, this is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Strategy- Develop and execute a content calendar for social media platforms.- Brainstorm and create engaging ad narrations, scripts, and concepts for performance marketing.- Collaborate with the team to build brand narratives that resonate with our audience.- Stay updated with trends in beauty, wellness, and parenting (for Be Bodywise & Little Joys).Social Media Management:- Create and schedule posts across Instagram, and other relevant platforms.- Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.- Coordinate with designers and video editors to create visually appealing content.- Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and build community relationships.Performance Marketing & Ad Creation:- Develop creative ad scripts and storyboards for paid campaigns.- Assist in shooting and editing ads for social media and digital platforms.- Work with the marketing team to analyze ad performance and refine strategies.Customer Insights & Trend Analysis- Connect with customers to gather insights for content creation.- Track social media analytics and suggest data-driven improvements.Who You Are:- Passionate about content creation, social media, and digital marketing.- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to write engaging content.- Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing tools, and social media analytics.- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.Perks:- Hands-on experience in a fast-growing D2C brand.- Opportunity to work on real ad campaigns and see your ideas come to life.- A fun, collaborative, and innovative work environment
