Job Title: Network Engineer IP Location: Kochi Experience : 6-10Yrs Minimum 6+ Years of experience and at least 5 years of experience in IP-MPLS ISP Network. Along with IP- MPLS Network, Broadband Network Gateway (BNG) experience in ISP domain is preferred. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IP/MPLS issues (L3 support). Provide configs, capacity planning, and OS/firmware upgrades. Monitor backbone performance and do routine maintenance. Manage backups, disaster recovery, and vendor coordination. Optimize upstream/peering and MPLS TE (load balancing, FRR, QoS). Ensure SLA-based fault resolution and hardware replacement. Support regulatory/ISO 27001 requirements and maintain documentation. Guide L1/L2 teams and handle critical on-call support.
