We’re seeking an experienced, detail-obsessed Quality Control Lead to uphold and advance creative excellence across our digital and print production pipelines. In this role, you’ll lead a team of QC Specialists to ensure every deliverable - from digital banners, emails, and social content to packaging, brochures, and OOH creatives - meets the highest brand, technical, and production standards before release. The ideal candidate combines a sharp design eye with strong production expertise and has a proven ability to build scalable quality frameworks that support multiple teams, formats, and workflows. As the QC Lead, you will set the benchmark for creative quality across all channels and drive continuous improvement in review processes, documentation, and standards. Leadership & Team Management · Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QC Specialists to maintain consistent standards across all deliverables. · Define and implement QC workflows, review checklists, and escalation protocols for both print and digital outputs. · Manage resource allocation and workload planning to ensure optimal team utilization and timely reviews. Quality Oversight - Digital · Oversee QC for digital assets, including websites, banners, social media creatives, emails, and motion graphics. · Ensure all assets comply with brand guidelines, file specifications, accessibility requirements, and technical standards. · Validate the team’s proofing output to guarantee accuracy and readiness for deployment. Quality Oversight - Print · Review layouts, packaging, and print collateral for accuracy in bleed, color, image resolution, typography, and overall print readiness. · Partner closely with Studio Leads, Project Managers, and Designers to define, communicate, and uphold quality benchmarks. · Develop and refine QC documentation, templates, and reporting formats for transparency and accountability. · Identify recurring issues, implement preventive measures, and standardize quality practices across teams. · Facilitate seamless handoffs between creative, production, and delivery functions. Analyze QC data to identify patterns, root causes, and areas for improvement. · Stay informed on evolving best practices, tools, and technologies in creative quality assurance. Ability to balance speed and accuracy while managing multiple projects under tight timelines. · Proactive risk assessment, early issue escalation, and a drive for continuous improvement. · A commitment to mentoring and empowering team members to uphold quality independently. 7+ years of experience in creative production QC, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or supervisory role. · Deep understanding of both digital (UI/UX, motion, web) and print (packaging, OOH, brochures) production processes. · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat). · Familiarity with Sketch, Figma, and Google Web Designer (GWD) for digital QC. · Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, web testing tools, and asset management systems. · Strong grasp of prepress, color management, and production file formats (PDF/X, TIFF, etc.). · Prior experience in a creative agency or production studio environment. · A passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering error-free, brand-perfect work.
