The Creative Strategy and Apparel team at Agilitas is a dynamic group of creative and strategic thinkers, passionate about lifestyle and performance products. Our team values open communication, collaboration, and continuous personal and professional development. As a Senior Graphic Designer at Agilitas, you will report to the Senior Director of Apparel Design and Creative Strategy. You will be responsible for creating innovative and visually compelling designs for our performance and lifestyle collections. This role requires a deep understanding of modern sportswear aesthetics and the ability to disrupt conventional design approaches. Collaborate with the Senior Director of Apparel Design and Creative Strategy to understand and execute design briefs. ● Independently take concepts from design to final product, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation. ● Utilize your expertise in graphic design, trends, and digital tools to develop cutting-edge designs. ● Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment. ● Create compelling visual content for both digital and physical platforms. ● Communicate design concepts clearly through presentations, sketches, and prototypes. 7-10 years of industry experience in graphic design, preferably in apparel or sportswear. ● Strong understanding of modern sportswear aesthetics and disruptive design approaches. ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and familiarity with 3D design tools is a plus. ● If you are a self-starter with a passion for innovative design and a desire to significantly impact the apparel industry, we invite you to join our team at Agilitas.
