A Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers with their purchases in a retail environment. This includes greeting customers, providing product information, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store. They also handle returns, restock shelves, and contribute to a positive customer experience to drive sales.Key Responsibilities :Customer Service:Greeting customers and providing a positive first impression.Answering customer questions about products, services, and store policies.Assisting customers in finding specific items and making product recommendations.Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.Responsible for Customer Experience & Relationship.Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.Product Knowledge:Developing a strong understanding of the products sold in the store.Staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and store policies.Communicating product knowledge to customers to enhance their shopping experience.Sales :Sales target will be there on Month on MonthTarget of product selling(Furniture, Decor, Soft Furnishing)Ensure sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate output.Ensure sales & able to achieve their targets.Working towards and exceeding sales targets set by management.Developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.Skills and Qualifications :Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsRetail Sales Associates need to be able to effectively communicate with customers and team members.Strong customer service skills:They should be friendly, approachable, and dedicated to providing excellent service.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment:Retail environments can be busy, so the ability to multitask and handle pressure is important.Product knowledge and sales skills:Understanding the products and being able to recommend them to customers is crucial.
