As a Software Development Engineer at Clappia, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java Script, Node.js, No SQL, Type Script, Angular 7.0, and Elasticsearch to develop innovative features for our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop robust and scalable software applications using a combination of front-end and back-end technologies.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and implement features.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.
4. Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.
5. Troubleshoot and debug issues, conduct performance tuning, and optimize application performance.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in software development to continuously improve our products.
7. Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in meetings, sharing ideas, and contributing to the team's success.
Other requirements:
1. Should have proven interest in full-stack web development
2. Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis
3. Understanding of the fundamentals of UI/UX
4. Hands-on experience on any one front-end framework - Angular, React, etc.
5. Good understanding of how web applications work and fundamentals of security, session management, and best development practices
6. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
7. Must have some examples to demonstrate your curiosity to learn
8. Ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment, to meet tight deadlines, and prioritize workload
