Job Overview:
Express Analytics is seeking a talented Senior Data Scientist to lead data science projects that focus on customer insights, personalization, and business optimization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing models in key areas such as Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) estimation, recommender systems, attribution modeling, pricing optimization, and demand forecasting. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and drive impactful business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Analytics: Develop and optimize models for Recency-Frequency-Monetary (RFM) Analysis, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and Customer Churn Prediction to support customer retention.
- Look-Alike Modeling: Implement advanced modeling to identify and target high-value customers for marketing campaigns.
- Identity Resolution and Deduplication: Ensure high data quality and customer identity accuracy through deduplication and identity resolution.
- Attribution Modeling: Design and apply Multi-Touch Attribution models, including Markov Chains and Neural Network-based approaches.
- Market Mix Modeling (MMM): Conduct Market Mix Modeling to assess and maximize marketing ROI.
- Recommender Systems: Build recommendation engines using Content Filtering, Collaborative Filtering, Professional Similarity Models, and more for Upsell & Cross-Sell initiatives.
- Predictive Analytics: Create models for Price and Discount Prediction, Demand Forecasting, Price Optimization, and Sales Prediction.
- Natural Language Processing (NLP): Leverage NLP for Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modeling, and Email Response Scoring.
- Customer Segmentation: Use clustering algorithms and Matrix Factorization to execute Customer Segmentation strategies.
- Data Quality & Cleansing: Ensure data accuracy through effective Data Quality Improvement practices.
- Experimentation and Testing: Conduct A/B Testing and Multi-Armed Bandit experiments to optimize business strategies.
- Product & Pricing Insights: Develop models for Product Preference and Price Intelligence to support pricing and inventory decisions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in data science, machine learning, or similar roles focused on customer analytics and business insights.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Tensor Flow, Py Torch) and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning Models such as Decision Trees, Random Forests, Clustering Algorithms, Matrix Factorization, Deep Learning, and NLP.
- Knowledge of Recommender Systems including Collaborative Filtering and Content-Based Filtering.
- Experience with Attribution Models and Markov Chains.
- Proficiency in A/B Testing and Predictive Analytics.
- Familiarity with Data Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
