Role Description

Assured Justice LLP invites qualified legal professionals to join our Bengaluru office in a full-time, on-site capacity. We are currently hiring for the positions of Senior Advocate, Advocate, and Trainee, offering an exciting opportunity to advance your legal career within a respected and rapidly growing firm.

As an Advocate at Assured Justice LLP, you will engage with a diverse portfolio of cases spanning various areas of law, providing you with substantial exposure and the chance to broaden your expertise. Your responsibilities will include managing complex legal matters, delivering insightful legal advice, conducting thorough research, and representing clients confidently in court. Additionally, you will draft well-crafted legal documents, participate in high-stakes negotiations, and collaborate closely with a team of experienced legal professionals.

Qualifications

  • A law degree from a recognized university
  • Excellent knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset
  • Experience in handling legal cases and providing legal advice is preferred
  • Enrollment with the Bar Council of India
