Role & responsibilities:


  • The Candidate should have minimum proven 5+ years of experience in managing development, Testing, and automation testing program.
  • Experience in C# Selenium
  • Should have Product testing experience like Duck creek.
  • Should have automation testing's hand on experience.
  • This role is tasked with the overall responsibility for the test effort's success.
  • The role involves quality and test advocacy, resource planning and management, and resolution of issues that impede the test effort.
  • Manage each projects scope and timeline.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
  • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
  • Help teams implement changes effectively.
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
  • Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it.


Skills:

a) Knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process in agile model.

b) Should have wide exposure in agile methodology testing.

c) Experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques and tools.

d) People skills, especially diplomacy and advocacy skills.

d) Planning and management skills.

e) Knowledge of the domain, system or application-under-test (desirable)

f) Experience programming or managing programming teams (desirable)

g) Excellent communication skills

h) Customer and other stakeholder negotiation skills
