Job Title: SAP Security Consultant
Location: India Office: Pune, MH / Nagpur, MH (with potential relocation to Belgium onsite)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Security Consultant with a minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP security to join our team. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of SAP security protocols. The selected candidate will begin their journey with us in our India office, working in the UK shift, and will have the opportunity to relocate to Belgium once their work visa is approved.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage SAP security roles and authorizations in alignment with business requirements.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored security solutions.
Support SAP system upgrades and migrations, ensuring secure configurations are maintained throughout the process.
Develop and maintain documentation for security policies, configurations, and procedures.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address security-related issues and promote a culture of security awareness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP security management.
Strong knowledge of SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and user provisioning.
Familiarity with SAP Basis and integration with other SAP modules.
Proven experience in client-facing roles with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
Willingness to relocate to Belgium upon visa approval.
Availability to work during UK business hours from the India office.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
