About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Service Now Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of hands-on experience working with Service Now platform implementations, customizations, and integrations. This role is an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and create efficient IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions for IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and IT Asset Management.
Customize Service Now applications to meet business needs, including form design, workflows, and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate Service Now with other enterprise tools and platforms using REST, SOAP, and other web service protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve Service Now application issues and support ongoing maintenance.
Create and maintain documentation for development work, configurations, and processes.
Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Service Now platform usage.
Qualifications
Experience : 6-9 years of experience in Service Now development, including experience with Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and custom applications.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Service Now scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
Strong understanding of Service Now integrations (REST, SOAP APIs).
Experience with Service Now Workflow and Flow Designer.
Familiarity with Java Script, HTML, CSS, and web development fundamentals.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices (certification preferred).
Soft Skills : Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
