Strong background in designing and developing engaging training courses and curricula, and well-versed in instructional design techniques. Experience with different organizations leading a variety of cross-functional efforts in creating e-learning and instructor-led- solutions, providing LMS administration, and finalizing translations for a global audience. This role will report to the Global Talent Development Sr. Manager/Design Leader with administrative oversight provided by local leadership.Project Overview:This instructional designer will partner, design, and develop projects with Executive Sponsors and SMEs on ADP’s leadership principles for leaders globally. The ID will take the lead in aligning project expectations, timeframes, outcomes, and execution of the project. The ID will create content that may include some of the following: videos, multiple e-learning modules 5-30 minutes in length, leader support tools, instructor-led training with facilitation materials, and post-course support materials to ensure the application of work.Key Competencies/Skills:Takes initiativeThinks creativelyIs flexible and agileWorks autonomously to achieve work goals and timelinesEnsures strong partnership and collaboration to develop workClear and articulate communication skills including a strong ability to communicate in EnglishKey Experiences:Experience designing and developing global leadership learning is preferred.Experience working in a global, matrix organization leading key stakeholders in project/design managementAdvanced experience using eLearning tools such as Articulate 360, Synthesia, TechSmith Camtasia, TechSmith SnagIt, Audacity, Vyond, and Adobe PDF is required. Should possess technical aptitude to quickly learn new development tools.Learning Management System experience with platforms such as Litmos is desired.Experience in AI technology and Accessibility standards preferred. Proficiency in using an accessibility reader (NVDA preferred).Experience with some Graphic Design is a plus.Experience with Programming fundamentals a plus: HTML, CSS or JavaScript, BBcodeCertifications/Licenses:Certification or License in Articulate 360(RISE and Storyline) requiredAccessibility or AI technology certification preferredHigher Education:Adult Education, HR, Organizational Design or Leadership advanced degree a plusLocation:Office based in Hyderabad, India.
