Systems Plus is hiring for AS400 Trainee Support Engineer.Location : Pune (Magarpatta)Exp : 0.6 to 2 yr.Rotational Shift.Salary : 3.60 LPA- Monitor AS400 jobs and system alerts, ensuring timely acknowledgment and basic troubleshooting.- Provide first-line support for incidents, service requests, and alerts related to Retail, ERP and Infrastructure systems, and job failures.- Coordinate with end users and IT teams to gather issue details, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution.- Experience in using basic AS400 commands and managing batch processes within the AS400 environment- Follow defined escalation procedures, escalating unresolved or critical issues to Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 teams.- Log, track, and update tickets in the ITSM/ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation.- Provide on-call support for priority incidents and urgent system issues as required.- Work in a 24x7 environment, ensuring flexibility for night shifts and weekend support.- Participate in knowledge-sharing and training programs to build expertise in ERP/Retail support.- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring prompt and professional responses to end users.Please drop CV on
