Business Partner – P2P & Data Governance # ; Experience: 15+ years

At Brillio , we are driving transformation through data, cloud, and digital innovation . We're looking for an experienced Business Partner – P2P & Data Governance to lead IT engagement across procurement, finance, and data governance domains.

This senior role requires deep SAP expertise and strong business partnership skills , ensuring system reliability, compliance, and alignment with global procurement and finance strategies.

#You will act as the primary liaison with procurement and finance leaders, oversee operations for P2P applications (SAP MM/WM, Ariba, Concur, MDG) , and champion global data governance standards across the enterprise.

#Serve as the single point of contact for procurement and finance stakeholders on P2P systems.

Lead incident, service, and request management for SAP MM/WM, Ariba, Concur, and MDG .

Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and governance within P2P and Data domains.

Define and enforce data governance policies ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

Partner with CPO, Global Process Owners, and senior leadership to align IT delivery with business priorities.

Manage intake of requirements, standardization of processes, and related IT projects.

Provide oversight on P2P enhancements, integrations, and global rollouts .

Collaborate with global IT and business teams to ensure alignment and avoid silos.

Required Skills & Experience

~15+ years of experience in SAP MM, WM, and Master Data Governance .

~ Proven expertise with Ariba, Concur, and SAP MDG solutions.

~ Strong functional and technical background in procurement, invoicing, vendor management, and warehouse operations .

~ Experience in both SAP consultancy and hands-on execution roles.

~ Solid knowledge of data governance frameworks, compliance, and audits .

~ Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices.

~ Experience in project management across global environments.

~ Ability to oversee ABAP changes and enhancements (not hands-on coding).

#Experience with automation in procurement and data governance .

ITIL, PMP, or SAP certifications (preferred).
