Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of interior design projects for luxury and premium residences.
Work directly with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle needs, and aesthetic preferences.
Develop detailed design concepts , including space planning, furniture layouts, color schemes, and material selections.
Create and oversee design presentations, mood boards, material boards, and 3D visualizations .
Ensure project delivery is on time, within budget , and up to quality standards.
Mentor junior designers and collaborate with internal and external teams for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
~ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture.
~10–15 years of hands-on experience in residential interior design, with at least 5 years in a leadership or design lead role.
~ Strong portfolio showcasing luxury or high-end residential projects .
~ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office; experience with 3D rendering software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape) is a plus.
~ Deep understanding of residential layouts, material finishes, lighting design, and home automation trends.
~ Excellent client communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
~ Strong project management and multitasking capabilities.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience with Mumbai-based clients and familiarity with local suppliers and vendors.
Knowledge of Mumbai residential regulations and apartment layouts.
Ability to translate client briefs into elegant, functional, and timeless spaces.
