Responsibilities Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models; normalize/denormalize as needed for performance. Define canonical entities, naming conventions, metadata, and lineage; steward reference/master data. Partner with engineers to translate models into DDL, ETL mappings, and views; support CDC patterns. Optimize for warehouse, lakehouse, and operational reporting; document assumptions and constraints. Validate models against business rules; ensure consistency across domains and systems. Required Skills 6+ years in data modeler roles covering dimensional and 3 NF modeling, star/snowflake schemas, SCDs. Strong SQL, profiling, and modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio, ERwin, dbt modeling concepts).
