Role Summary:We are looking for a strategic, metrics-driven product manager to own the full lifecycle of our product. You will identify market opportunities, develop product strategy and vision, create roadmaps, and drive successful execution through cross-functional collaboration. You will collaborate with various internal teams including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to deliver world-class products that solve our customers' challenges. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of shipping products that customers love.Responsibilities:Develop long-term product strategy and vision based on competitive analysis, market trends, technology advancements, and business objectivesTranslate product strategy into detailed quarterly roadmaps and release plansLead requirement gathering sessions and synthesize inputs from various stakeholders into product specificationsDefine market segments, buyer personas, customer journeys and develop differentiated product positioning and messagingConduct user interviews, customer advisory boards, and win/loss analysis to gather product insightsPrioritize features and capabilities in the product backlog using data-driven frameworks that balance business value, resources, and other constraintsCreate business cases, cost/benefit analysis, and ROI models for new products and featuresDetermine critical KPIs and metrics to measure product success and growthManage all aspects of product launches including sales enablement, marketing collateral, campaigns, and sales trainingCollaborate with engineering team leads on release planning, sprint commitments, and development processesWork closely with UX team on information architecture, interaction design, and usability testingPartner with marketing teams to optimize conversion funnel, website messaging, and product campaignsContinuously level up product management skills and share best practices across the teamRepresent customer needs and interests throughout the organizationStay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscapeRequirements:8-14 years of product management experienceknowledge regarding competitive analysis, Requirement gathering, Product Strategy/Vision, Collaboration with Product team on mockups/release management & planning, Price Engineering and Product Collateral ManagementB. Tech in Computer Science (Engineering) or other relevant fields (Top-Tier MBA preferred)Domain Experience in any of Digital Workplace Products, DC Management Products, Security Products, Endpoint security, Cloud automation and orchestration, Fin Ops, Cognitive virtual assistant, Service Management, Event Management and Observability. ITSM, ITOM,Experience with AI, analytics, machine learning strongly preferred (Agentic AI)Solid understanding of agile development processes and with ability to collaborate with engineering teamsProven track record of shipping successful products and driving growthStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and data-driven approach to decision makingExcellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills and able to distil complex concepts into simple narrativesSelf-driven, creative problem solverPassionate about understanding customer needs and delivering value.
