Role Overview

The Business Analyst will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on the Salesforce platform. This individual will be responsible for designing insightful dashboards, implementing best practices in sales optimization, and ensuring the seamless operation of Salesforce solutions to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard and Metrics Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards for team, individual, and company-wide performance metrics.
  • Create interactive dashboards that visualize online business data and sales pipelines aligned with account managers’ targets.

Sales and Business Development Optimization

  • Establish and implement best practices for sales and business development activities.
  • Optimize data structures, reports, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Performance Reporting

  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports for business verticals, regions, and account managers.
  • Present actionable insights to the Executive Team, aiding in strategic decision-making.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Consult with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop innovative Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead CRM group discussions to prioritize and address business requirements effectively.

Salesforce Platform Support and Enhancement

  • Provide ongoing support for Salesforce operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability.
  • Monitor system performance proactively, recommend improvements, and manage user acceptance testing for critical CRM projects.

User Experience Optimization

  • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve the Salesforce user experience.
  • Drive initiatives to increase system adoption across the organization.

Strategic Process Improvement

  • Analyze workflows and propose tailored solutions to streamline processes.
  • Maintain alignment of the Salesforce platform with evolving business goals.

Desired Qualifications

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working on Salesforce platforms.
  • Proficient in Salesforce customizations, including custom fields/objects, workflows, validation rules, email templates, formulas, and dashboards/reporting.
  • Experience in implementing and managing Salesforce encryption solutions is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, system optimization, and user adoption strategies.

Certifications

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) are highly desirable.

Soft Skills

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Expertise in prioritizing product backlogs and analyzing the impact of changes on business systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive thinking for system improvements.

Additional Assets

  • Familiarity with native Salesforce encryption solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools integrated with Salesforce is an advantage.
