Role: Vendor Development Executive
Location: Mapusa, Goa
Purpose of the Role:
To ensure the organization has a reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality supply chain by identifying, developing, and maintaining strong vendor partnerships, optimizing procurement processes, and aligning supplier performance with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to meet procurement needs.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing vendors to ensure quality and timely supply.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve cost optimization.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor capabilities with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in B.E. Civil/Mechanical/Electrical
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven experience in vendor management or procurement.
- Ability to analyze market trends and supplier capabilities.
