Position: Legal Intern – Disputes and Contracts Location: Bangalore, India Duration: 3-6 months Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Intern to assist our legal team in managing disputes and contract-related matters. This role is ideal for fresh LLB graduates or final-year law students eager to gain hands-on experience in dispute resolution, legal research, and contract review. The intern will have the opportunity to work on real-world cases, contribute to dispute strategies, and support the team in ensuring compliance with legal standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing disputes by conducting legal research and drafting case summaries. Support the preparation of documentation for ongoing disputes, including drafting responses, notices, and rejoinders. Maintain a repository of dispute-related documents and help track deadlines for filings and responses. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing various contracts, such as commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and client agreements. Research case laws, regulations, and best practices related to dispute resolution and prepare concise reports. Requirements: LLB degree (fresh graduate or final-year law student). Interest in dispute resolution, arbitration, and contracts. Basic understanding of Indian laws related to disputes, contracts, and arbitration. Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Proactive attitude with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
