Job Title: Human Resource ExecutiveDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: GurugramEmployment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryThe Human Resource Executive will be responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and compliance. The role requires a hands-on HR professional with 3–3.5 years of experience who can independently manage assigned HR functions and contribute to a positive employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & OnboardingManage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.Screen resumes, schedule interviews.Prepare offer letters and manage joining formalities.Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.HR OperationsMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.Manage attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.Update and manage employee databases.Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attrition, and headcount.Employee RelationsAddress employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.Assist in handling grievances and disciplinary matters.Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.Payroll & Benefits CoordinationCoordinate with payroll/finance teams for timely and accurate salary processing.Manage employee benefits, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.Performance Management & TrainingSupport performance appraisal cycles and documentation.Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning programs.Compliance & Policy ImplementationEnsure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws.Maintain statutory compliance records and assist during audits.Qualifications & ExperienceEducationBachelor’s degree in human resources.MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.Experience3–3.5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.Skills & CompetenciesGood understanding of HR processes and labor laws.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Proficiency in MS Office .Key AttributesPeople-focused and solution-orientedAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesTeam player with a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and growWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefitsCareer growth opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environment
