Firstsource’s inch-wide, mile-deep practitioners work collaboratively, leveraging UnBPO™ - their differentiated approach to reimagining traditional outsourcing - to deliver real-world, future-focused solutions that drive speed, scale, and smarter decision, turning transformation into tangible results for clients.”Purpose of the roleA CSA in this role is responsible for processing data with high accuracy and pace in a specified format while adhering to the prescribed SLA.OperationalEnsure that the computerized records are captured accurately and maintained in prescribed manner.Checks the data received from the client for complete details.Re-enters the given data into a client specified format.Solicits and compiles information and data related to processing activities.Uses PC application and functions, such as Excel, Word or PowerPoint or client specified mainframes to update and load data sets.Works efficiently towards achieving the SLA based on the project requirement and meets the specified quality standardsAssures protection of the systems and data by performing at least one system back up per day.Generates statistical and data reports as requiredExamine and evaluate document contents to insure accuracy and to correct inconsistenciesMaintaining confidentiality, verifying information, building a physical filing system, backing up data and updating data entry softwareExperienceMinimum 1 year experience in any Banking Non voice processBE/B.Tech not eligible.Interested candidates please share your resumes to below number or email.Mobile: Email: your friends as wellDisclaimer: Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
