Zensar Technologies: HR Shared Services/ HR Operation (Hire to Retire) US Team Lead- Greetings from Zensar Technologies, Pune.We are hiring for HR Shared Services/ HR Operation (Hire to Retire) for US Region.Job Location: Kharadi, PuneMode: Work from office (5 Days a week)Shift: Night shiftThe Team Member – Shared Services will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services across North America, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia . And in UK, Europe, Serbia, Singapore, and Australia.This role involves executing day-to-day shared services activities, ensuring compliance with regional regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders. The incumbent will contribute to process improvements, service excellence, and operational efficiency across HR, finance, procurement, and other back-office functions.Key Responsibilities:Service DeliveryExecute shared services tasks accurately and within defined timelines.Support HR, finance, procurement, and other back-office functions as per business requirements.Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure all activities comply with relevant regional laws, internal policies, and audit standards.Maintain documentation and records in accordance with compliance and data privacy guidelines.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with internal stakeholders across North America/ UK, Europe, Serbia, Singapore, and Australia, to understand service needs and resolve queries.Provide timely updates and maintain a customer-focused approach in all interactions.Process Support & ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to automation initiatives.Participate in continuous improvement projects and share feedback for service optimization.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of transactions and service requests.Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for performance tracking and compliance audits.Team CollaborationWork closely with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations.Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or a related field.4+ years of experience in shared services or a similar operational role.Basic understanding of compliance requirements in North American / UK, EU, and APAC regions markets.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset.Familiarity with shared services tools and systems is a plus.
