Role: Splunk Admin

Experience Range: 5 – 7 Years

Location: Bangalore/Kolkata

Must-Have:

• Splunk Skills : Onboarding new application , agent management, dashboarding, managing Splunk Enterprise clusters (indexers, search heads), machine learning, ITSI, managing heavy forwarders and plugins/add-ons, integrations, managing certificates
• Dynatrace skills : Onboarding new application to Dynatrace SaaS ,Agent management, working experience with Dynatrace Managed, Dashboarding, Managing Certificates, Working experience with different Active gate extension for mainframe, Database , …
• Datadog skills : Onboarding new app, Agent management, create and manage Datadog roles and global permissions, provide support for variety of datasets , new visualizations, and improvements to existing visualizations, using code and real data

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

• Good communication skills to deal with customer
• End-to-End knowledge of activities being done
