Role & Responsibilities:


We are seeking a skilled Data Management & CRM Specialist to play a pivotal role in activating/developing our cold database through strategic marketing nurture campaigns. This role requires a keen eye for data, a strong understanding of CRM systems, and a passion for driving customer engagement.


Responsibilities:


A) Data Management:

  • Cleanse, enrich, and segment cold database to identify high-potential leads.
  • Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.


B) CRM System Management:

  • Configure and optimize CRM system (e.g., LeadSquared, HubSpot) to support marketing automation and lead nurturing.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, and workflows to track lead progression.
  • Implement Reporting based data-driven segmentation and scoring models to prioritize leads.


C) Marketing Nurture Campaign Activation:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing nurture campaigns to engage cold leads.
  • Create compelling email sequences, personalized content, and automated workflows.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  • A/B test different campaign elements to improve engagement and conversion rates.


D) Lead Scoring and Qualification:

  • Develop and implement lead scoring models to identify high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate with SDR team to qualify and hand off leads effectively.
  • Ensure clear lead dispositioning and accurate data entry into the CRM.


E) Data-Driven Insights:

  • Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Generate actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
  • Reporting Based on objective modelling for lead disposition stages.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in data management, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
