Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced ML & LLM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and large language models, as well as experience with data pipeline development and research. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying ML and LLM models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- ML & LLM Development (60%):

  - Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and large language models

  - Collaborate with other data scientists and engineers to integrate models with data pipelines

  - Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability

- ML & Data Pipeline Development (20%):

  - Develop and maintain data pipelines to support ML and LLM model development

  - Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data architectures

  - Ensure data quality, security, and compliance

- Research & Innovation (10%):

  - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ML and LLM

  - Research and develop new techniques and models to drive innovation

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation

- Customer Facing & Design Prototype (10%):

  - Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide product demos

  - Develop design prototypes to visualize and test ML and LLM models

  - Gather feedback and iterate on model development

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in ML and LLM development

- Strong background in deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision

- Experience with popular ML and LLM frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)

- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in data structures, algorithms, and software design

- Experience with data pipeline development and data architectures

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)

- Experience with agile development methodologies

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Superset, Tableau, Power BI)
