Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Bengaluru office: Manager / Senior Manager / Assistant Vice President -Employee Health & Benefits - Consulting Team We will count on you to: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for clients.

Develop and implement strategic plans tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.

Benchmark survey data for client plans, summarize and validate reviewed information.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that address client challenges.

Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients, showcasing findings and recommendations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to provide informed guidance.

Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposal development.

Identify opportunities to cross sell products and services to current clients.

Participate in prospecting opportunities with new clients aiding the sales team.

Collaborate with other teams such as "EB Practice", "Placement" for Client RFP, Plan Renewal and Implementation processes.

Identify and understand negotiable elements of underwriting calculations for all lines of coverage.

Contribute to the development of new value proposition, products, tools and approaches.

Responsible for providing leadership, support and guidance to the team.

What you need to have: Domain knowledge preferred.

5 plus of experience in insurance industry with a good understanding of all benefit plans, design, rate structures and compliance requirements.

Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook• What makes you stand out: Strong analytical and problem solving and skills.

Good communication skills..

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Organised, self-discipline and pro-active.

Good multi-tasking ability.
