We offer a fast-paced and highly collaborative work environment with significant opportunities for professional growth.You will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of an organization including financial strategy, financial planning, financial reporting, capital management, financial analysis, risk management, compliance and governance, cost management, budgeting and budgetary controls process and accounting meets international standards. You will be a key figure in the executive leadership team working towards shaping the financial health and strategic direction of the organization.1. Financial Efficiency Metrics • Account payable and receivable turnover • Implement cost control and measures for cost efficiency. • Treasury & working capital management. • Analyze cash flow projections, manage working capital, and recommend actions to address cash flow challenges. • Asset Management • Manage the bookkeeper responsible for recording the financial transactions of the business (sales, receipts, purchases and disbursements). • Ensure the accuracy of the journals and ledgers, calculate, and prepare government remittances, and create internal financial statements for the company’s auditors and board. • Manage the consolidated company accounts across the 4 entities. 2. Budgeting, Forecasting and budgetary control. • Lead the budgeting process for the entire organization. • Working closely with department heads to establish and monitor budgets for each group structure. • Advising on long-term business and financial planning • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and financial reporting. • Track actual expenses against budget and provide variance analysis reports to management. 3. KPI & Reporting • Designing KPIs for business and providing strategic recommendations. • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance based on OKRs. • Manage financial processes and reporting across the company's four group structures, ensuring consistency and accuracy. 4. Compliance • Managing Internal and External Audits • Manage Regulatory and Legal compliances at group and Individual level • Setting up of global entities and ensuring related legal compliances. • Implement key finance related policies. • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and local tax laws. • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process. 5. Stakeholder Engagement • Support commercial in product pricing • Support current/future funding/IPO Roadmap • Manage Banking Relationships • Investor relations • 10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in a similar role • Chartered accountant • In depth knowledge of corporate finance & accounting principles, laws, and best practices • Proficiency in US accounting standards • Good understanding of transfer pricing • Corporate governance and risk frameworks • Analytical mind with a strategic ability • Knowledge and expertise in taxation • Excellent organizational & leadership skills • Effective communication skills • We believe that our people are critical for our ambitious growth plans.
