We don’t design or execute, instead we act as your personal guide—helping you plan requirements, compare vendor quotes, choose the right materials, set clear contracts, and even do quality checks during execution. Our only job is to protect your time, money, and peace of mind by making sure you don’t fall into hidden costs, delays, or wrong practices pushed by vendors.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder at Wise Square, located in Pune. The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, and conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends. The role also includes managing financial goals, building partnerships, and leading a team to achieve business objectives.

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Sales and ability to develop effective Marketing strategies
  • Leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven track record in business development or start-up environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
