AI/ML Development (60% of role)

Required Qualifications

Core Requirements

  • Education: Recent graduate (BS/MS) in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or related field with strong academic performance
  • Technical Assessment: We evaluate both AI/ML problem-solving skills AND backend development capabilities through coding challenges and system design

AI/ML Expertise (60% focus)

  • LLM Experience: Hands-on experience with transformer architectures (GPT, BERT, T5) and multimodal models through projects or coursework
  • ML Frameworks: Proficiency with PyTorch/TensorFlow and AI frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, llamaindex, or AutoGen

Backend Development Expertise (40% focus)
