Your role within this dynamic team is essential for establishing networks and relationships across the client stakeholder ecosystem and ensuring service fulfillment. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other Deloitte leadership and stakeholders dedicated to the client. Your contributions will involve nurturing new and existing relationships, supporting presales life cycles, and playing a pivotal role in driving the success of Deloitte business growth for the specific client.You will be part of a global organization that is making a measurable impact that matters every day.Role and responsibilities:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Team Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This role involves leading a team of developers and administrators, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the Salesforce platform aligns with business goals and technical standards.Education:- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce architecture.- Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in development and configuration.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.- Oversee data migration, system upgrades, and platform optimization.- Maintain technical documentation including design specs and deployment guides.- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.- Ensure platform stability, performance, and security compliance.- Provide training and support to end-users and junior team members.Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.- Proven experience in leading Salesforce implementation projects.- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs.- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Technical Architect) preferred.- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Preferred Skills- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Familiarity with Dev Ops tools like Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, CG Cloud, Agent force- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality solutions.Desired qualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Location and way of working- Location: Pan India- Hybrid is our default way of working.
