Job Description: Growth Associate Work Focus Location: Bangalore East/ Sarjapura, Bengaluru (Our awesome, vibe-filled HQ is in Marathahalli) Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Field Sales Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It: Forget everything you know about traditional real estate sales. We value potential, passion, and coachability over a long resume. ● A bachelor’s degree is great, but a phenomenal attitude is mandatory. ● Own your own transport (bike/ car) to navigate the city like a pro. ● Own laptop and mobile phone ● Familiarity with the East Bengaluru real estate scene is a huge plus , but we'll teach you everything we know. The Deal: ● Base Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month.
