With 200+ payers in the mix, the overall revenue cycle management (RCM) in India is broken, opaque, and complex filled with unexpected shortfalls and delayed realizations. We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer (SDE) with hands-on experience in AI, React, Node.js and AWS . This role is designed for someone who not only thrives in building scalable, high-impact products but also aspires to grow into a technology leadership position . As a core member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology stack, product architecture and long-term tech vision. Lead the design, development and deployment of applications across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure (AWS). Build and integrate AI/ML models into production-ready systems, ensuring real-world scalability and efficiency. Drive technical architecture decisions and align technology choices with long-term business strategy. Ensure best practices in software engineering, testing, deployment and security. Mentor and guide junior engineers, building a strong engineering-first culture. Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience. Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and AWS cloud services. Proven experience building AI/ML-driven applications. Solid understanding of system architecture, scalability and performance optimization. Proficiency in databases (SQL & NoSQL), APIs (REST/GraphQL), and microservices. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance hands-on coding and architectural vision.
