JOB DESCRIPTION


ARCHER GRC Developer


Location - Chennai


Exp - 2+years


Work Mode - Work From Office


Must-Have Skills & Experiences

  • 3+ years working with Archer in a development or administration role.
  • Extensive hands-on experience configuring and customizing Archer GRC platform.
  • Experience in Integration (using APIs, Web Services, and other integration tools), Scripting (any scripting language for custom object development within RSA Archer) and Database Management (SQL for querying data and managing the Archer database), proficiency in .NET development for building integrations and extensions within Archer.
  • Strong SQL skills to query and manage Archer databases and other data sources.
  • Experience installing and setting up Archer software environments.
  • Understanding of Archer administration tasks, including user management, workflow configuration, and system maintenance.
  • Knowledge of GRC concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience analyzing business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of creating and managing data feeds to import and export data from various sources.
  • Offshore - Onshore model experience with a Banking Institution
  • Have worked on onshore projects with proven success

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Archer Certifications:
  • Archer Certified Administrator - Specialist
  • Archer Certified Administrator - Expert
  • Industry Experience: Finance and Banking

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and configure RSA Archer 6.13 or higher with good exposure to SDLC processes in Agile.
  • Create and maintain Archer applications, LDAP, workflows, reports, iViews, mail merge templates, calculations and dashboards.
  • Expertise in package migrations from non-prod to production environments
  • Imported existing information from legacy systems into RSA Archer Applications and questionnaire.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents in ServiceNow
  • Experienced with Data Import, Data feed Manager and Data Publications.
  • Integrate Archer with other systems and data sources using .NET and SQL.
  • Perform system administration tasks, including user management, access control, record permissions, groups, and roles.
  • Performed manual testing for workflow, Notifications and Data Driven Events for eGRC Archer implementation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with good analytical skills, Onsite-Offshore model working experience
