Qualifications:
Proven experience in leading large-scale Agile transformations within an AMS environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe is a must, and Scrum, Kanban, are nice to have) and their practical application.
Deep knowledge of Dev Ops principles and practices.
Experience in designing and implementing new operating models.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering successful transformation projects.
Should understand and have experience with SAFe framework
Should be good at metrics reporting and dashboard creation in JIRA/SNOW
Should have knowledge of tooling – specifically with Dev Ops (CI/CD….)
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Agile coaching or related fields.
Experience in the ENU domain.
Knowledge of JIRA
