We conduct regular training sessions and continuously update our methodologies to ensure optimal care and support.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Speech and Language Therapist. The therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental dealys. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and offering support and guidance to families and caregivers. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care is also a key part of this role.QualificationsSkills in Speech Therapy and SpeechExperience with DysphagiaKnowledge of Communication Disorders and Language DisordersStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary teamRelevant certifications or a degree in Speech-Language Pathology .Experience in pediatric settings is preferred
