Role: Audit Executive-Pre-Disbursement (Secured and Unsecured Loans) Industry: NBFC & FinTech Location: New Delhi Salary: Upto 6 LPA The Audit Executive will be responsible for reviewing and validating pre-disbursement processes for secured and unsecured loans. The role ensures adherence to internal policies, credit guidelines, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements before loan disbursal. The position supports risk mitigation and process control within NBFC, FinTech, or Microfinance operations. Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-disbursement audits for secured and unsecured loan cases as per approved credit and policy guidelines. Verify loan documentation, approvals, deviations, and checklist compliance prior to disbursement. Review credit assessment parameters, customer eligibility, KYC, and underwriting documentation. Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory norms applicable before disbursement. Identify gaps, discrepancies, and potential risks in pre-disbursement cases and escalate observations timely. Prepare and maintain audit observations, reports, and MIS for management review. Coordinate with credit, operations, sales, and branch teams for resolution of audit findings. Track closure of audit observations and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Support continuous improvement of pre-disbursement audit processes and controls. Ensure data accuracy and proper system entries before disbursement release. Experience & Qualification Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in Pre-Disbursement Audit, Credit Operations, Documentation, or Loan Processing Industry Preference: NBFC, FinTech, or Microfinance institutions Exposure to secured and unsecured lending products is mandatory Education: Any Bachelor Degree Technical Skills Hands-on experience working on Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or similar lending platforms Good working knowledge of loan documentation, checklists, and MIS preparation Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word Ability to review system data for accuracy and compliance Key Competencies Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Good understanding of credit processes and pre-disbursement controls Effective coordination and communication skills Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple cases High level of integrity and compliance orientation
