Gb Realty in an Optas Group Venture Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Human Resources located in Chandigarh. The Head of Human Resources will oversee HR management, lead the development and implementation of HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, developing strategic HR initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and objectives. Qualifications Extensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Proficiency in Labor and Employment Law, including ensuring compliance with applicable regulations Expertise in developing, implementing, and managing HR Policies Strong skills in Employee Relations, with a focus on fostering a supportive work environment Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus Experience in the real estate or construction industry is Must
